Bill Covington

Bill Covington is President and Chief Executive Officer for Covington Construction & Restoration Inc. DBA CC&R Construction. Mr. Covington is responsible for sales and service delivery for CC&R. He brings over 25 year of construction, Insurance claims operations and executive management experience to the company. Covington has a strong track record of growing successful teams and delivering construction services to the insurance industry.

Bill came from State Farm Insurance where he had been a field property adjuster, litigation specialist for construction defects, property claim superintendent and disaster coordinator. He was most recently a coordinator handling wild fire disasters in Southern California.

Covington holds a BS degree in education from California State University at Long Beach and a teaching credential from the same University. He has continuation educational credits from both the Insurance Institute, and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters Society (CPCU).

Bill also acts as an expert on construction related litigation.

Professional Bio:
John joined the company that became CB Richard Ellis in 1986, and over the next 16 years, was highly successful in sales and management positions in Southern California, Denver and Northern California and was a member of the Company’s Americas Operations Management Board. After earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Mr. Frager served as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Navy for six years. He is a leader in his community, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County.

Ian Galton

Professional Bio:
Ian Galton received the Sc.B. degree from Brown University in 1984, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the California Institute of Technology in 1989 and 1992, respectively, all in electrical engineering. Since 1996 he has been a professor of electrical engineering at the University of California, San Diego where he teaches and conducts research in the field of mixed-signal integrated circuits and systems for communications. Prior to 1996 he was with UC Irvine, and prior to 1989 he was with Acuson and Mead Data Central. His research involves the invention, analysis, and integrated circuit implementation of critical communication system blocks such as data converters, frequency synthesizers, and clock recovery systems. In addition to his academic research, he regularly consults at several semiconductor companies and teaches industry-oriented short courses on the design of mixed-signal integrated circuits. He has served on a corporate Board of Directors, on several corporate Technical Advisory Boards, as the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Analog and Digital Signal Processing, as a member of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society Administrative Committee, as a member of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Board of Governors, as a member of the IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference Technical Program Committee, and as a member of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society Distinguished Lecturer Program.
